What You Will Need in Class

Welcome to the final quarter of Tech Theatre. To help you complete your work this quarter, please remember that you will need to bring the following supplies to each class from now on:

  • Your Crucible script
  • A pencil and an eraser - you may want a pen as well, but a pencil is crucial
  •  Blank paper - some way to organize this paper is strongly suggested (notebook, folder, etc.)
  • Your research
Please know that you will probably want to mark places in your script. Using pencil, that you can later erase, is fine. You may also want to mark places with sticky notes, or other bookmarks - please do not dog-ear the pages.

If you do not have your script or your pencil, you will not be able to do any work. Thus, if you fail to bring your supplies, your grade will be affected. Also, please remember that while each person in your group will receive his or her own individual grade, each of you is interconnected. For example, if the scenic designer does not have a floor plan, the lighting designer cannot create a lighting plot, the sound designer cannot place anything on stage or back stage, the costume designer cannot judge movement requirements. On each team member rests the ultimate success or failure of the group.

"Act well your part; there all the honour lies."
